Managed Support

Your platform, kept running and improving after go-live.

We keep Corporater and SAP-integrated solutions working day to day once they are live, and keep them in step with your organisation as its processes, structures and systems change.

What it is

Application support for Corporater and SAP-integrated solutions

Go-live is the point at which a platform starts to be used in earnest. New users arrive, reporting cycles bring their own questions, and the organisation keeps changing around the solution. Managed support is how we keep it reliable and useful through all of that.

The team that implements your solution stays with it after go-live. It already knows the configuration, the data and the decisions behind them, so issues are resolved with context rather than rediscovered.

What we cover

Day-to-day support, and the changes that follow

  • Incident handling: diagnosis, resolution and a clear record of what was done.
  • Service requests: users, roles, structures, forms and reporting adjustments.
  • Small enhancements, planned and tested alongside the business users who asked for them.
  • Monitoring and maintenance of SAP integrations, so data keeps flowing through upgrades and process changes.
  • Advice on configuration and usage, so the platform keeps pace with how you work.

How we work

A support model shaped to your needs

  1. Choose the model

A monthly retainer, a pool of hours drawn down as needed, or dedicated or shared resources, working onsite or remotely.

  2. Agree the service levels

We agree priorities, service levels and escalation routes with you at the outset, so both sides know what to expect.

  3. Support in your language

Support is provided in English and Arabic, from Abu Dhabi and Barcelona.

  4. Report every month

A monthly report sets out the work done against the agreed service levels, open items and recommended improvements.

What you end up with

A platform that stays useful

  • A stable platform, with incidents resolved under agreed service levels.
  • SAP integrations that keep working through upgrades and process changes.
  • A steady path for small improvements, instead of a backlog that waits for the next project.
  • Monthly reporting that shows what was done and what comes next.
