Analytics Advisory
More data rarely helps. The right figure, in the right hands, does.
We design management and committee reporting on SAP Analytics Cloud (and on Power BI where that is what you run), built from your SAP and Corporater data, so the relevant figure reaches the person who has to decide on it, and is trusted when it does.

What it is
SAP Analytics, built around the decisions it serves
Analytics advisory is mainly SAP Analytics: SAP Analytics Cloud as the reporting layer over S/4HANA and your other SAP systems, with Power BI supported where it is already your organisation's standard. It covers the data architecture from source system to report, the data governance and quality routines that keep figures trustworthy, and the dashboards themselves.
It connects directly to our GRC and EPM work: management packs, risk and control dashboards and committee reporting built from Corporater and SAP data, so the figures the board sees come from the same place the owners maintain.
It is for CFOs, chief data officers, heads of reporting and IT leaders who need a clear view of what to build, what to retire and what to govern, and for executives who want fewer reports they can actually rely on.
The problem
Many dashboards, little confidence
Reporting estates tend to grow by accumulation: a new tool for one department, an extract for another, a dashboard built for a single meeting and never retired. Each answers a narrow question; together they disagree.
When nobody owns a definition or checks the quality of the data behind it, decision-makers fall back on spreadsheets they trust, and the investment in analytics stops paying for itself.
How we work
From decision-maker back to data source
Map audiences and decisions
We identify who decides what, how often, and which figures each decision depends on. That is the starting point for everything that follows.
Assess the current landscape
Sources, pipelines, tools and reports are inventoried and assessed for overlap, cost, quality and actual use.
Design the target architecture
A data and reporting architecture that fits your systems and skills, centred on SAP Analytics Cloud, with a clear role for each other tool, including Power BI where you use it.
Put governance in place
Data owners, agreed definitions, quality checks and a change process, sized to what your organisation can sustain.
Plan the roadmap
A sequenced plan of work, with early results in the reports leaders use most, and support through delivery if you want it.
What you end up with
What remains after we leave
- A map of which figures matter to which decision-makers.
- A target data and reporting architecture centred on SAP Analytics Cloud, with a clear role for Power BI where you use it.
- Named data owners, shared definitions and routine quality checks.
- A shorter list of reports, each with a clear audience and purpose.
- A realistic roadmap your teams can deliver against.
