Nuralta is a GRC and performance management firm specialising in Corporater and SAP, based in Abu Dhabi and Barcelona. We are practitioners: the people who advise you are the people who do the work.

Our story

Nuralta brings together people who have spent their careers on one problem: helping leadership teams set strategy, manage risk and measure performance, and then act on what the numbers say. Our team has done that work for ministries, regulators, energy companies, utilities, banks and telecoms operators across the GCC, and for clients in Europe.

We set up our own firm to focus entirely on that work: Corporater and SAP, delivered by senior people who stay with it.

Nuralta is led by practitioners with 20+ years of combined experience in GRC, EPM and analytics across the Gulf and Europe.

How we work

  1. Senior people stay on.

    The person who scopes your programme stays accountable for it through delivery. We don't hand you over to a team you have never met.

    We start from the decisions your leadership needs to make, then configure the platform to support them, not the other way round.

    Every engagement ends with teams who can maintain the KPIs, controls and reports themselves. Training is part of the work, not an extra.

Abu Dhabi and Barcelona

Our main office is in Abu Dhabi, close to the clients we serve across the GCC. Our Barcelona office supports clients in Europe and gives our teams a second base for delivery.
